Kativik Ilisarniliriniq is seeking a Student Life Animator to organize activities and supervise residents under the Residence Manager, while guiding and supporting students in a safe living environment.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in guidance counselling, animation, recreology or social work, with relevant experience. Fluency in at least two of Inuktitut, French, English is required. Hybrid work schedule and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Under the supervision of the Residence Manager, the Student Life Animator is responsible for organizing and hosting activities, providing guidance, and ensuring the safety of the students living at the residence.

The Board may, at its discretion, waive any or all of the afore-mentioned qualifications if it finds a suitable candidate who is a beneficiary of the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement (JBNQA) and who accepts, as a condition of employment, to follow a training plan determined by the Board.

In accordance with the SPPENOM collective agreement for professionals. This position belongs to job category 2107: from $54,862 TO $91,023 annually depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
