Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Building services management or hotel management program is preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Determine custodial and housekeeping requirements in consultation with staff.
• Develop schedules to manage labour costs while maintaining service standards.
• Oversee safety, training, and performance of Supervisors and workers.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and department assets.
• Coordinate with campus partners and outside contractors on renovations and maintenance.
