Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation, and Real Estate. You’ll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support the improvement of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 certified) by preparing performance reports, conducting gap analysis, monitoring objectives, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
  • Assist in deploying environmental management software and conducting risk analysis related to environmental management systems.
  • Manage environmental aspects, including planning and coordinating environmental action committee meetings.
  • Contribute to updating the environmental assessment matrix and maintaining updated documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments with the CR&E team and environmental coordinators.
  • Participate in managing, coordinating, and implementing environmental programs and monitoring their achievement.
  • Manage the ESG email inbox, assign follow-up actions, and track progress.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a university program related to environment, corporate responsibility, or sustainable development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

  • Thoroughness, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyze data and synthesize information.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 14001 (asset).
