Job summary

BDC is seeking a Student Analyst, Business Performance and Analytics, to turn data into actionable insights across multiple lines of business. You will build and improve dashboards, reports and analytical models, collaborating with stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

You will strengthen technical and business acumen in SQL, Power BI, Azure Databricks and Excel, while supporting performance measurement and financial analysis in a purpose-driven banking environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to BI, data analysis, finance or IT.
• Strong analytical potential with academic, internship or project exposure.
• Interest in performance analytics, data modelling and banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and rollout of performance scorecards with dashboards.
• Analyze models and reports to identify trends and provide insights.
• Collaborate with operations to design measures for business success.
• Maintain data models, processes and dashboards for accuracy.
• Extract, validate and organize data from internal/external sources.
• Use SQL, Azure Databricks, Power BI and Excel for reporting solutions.
• Prepare analyses on productivity, costs and profitability for management.
