Job summary

Northlands College seeks a Student Advisor for the La Ronge campus to offer academic and career counselling to current and prospective students, and to recruit new students for college programs. You will be the first personal contact for students admitted to programs.

This term, full-time position reports to the Coordinator, Student Wellbeing & Accessibility. Wage range: CAD 33.81–37.68 hourly, with salary dependent on experience and education. Deadline: Aug 15, 2026.

Job description

Northlands College is seeking a Student Advisor for our campus located in La Ronge, SK. Candidates must have relevant bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of two years related experience.

The position is a Term, full-time opportunity with the College. The Student Advisor is an in-scope position reporting to the Coordinator, Student Wellbeing & Accessibility or designate. The Student Advisor is primarily responsible for providing academic and career counselling services to current and prospective students. This position is also responsible for student recruitment and to act as the first personal contact to those students accepted into college programs.
