Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work culture and ensure crew safety and public safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans and specifications to guide work (e.g., formwork, rebar, concrete pours).
• Lead the crew and assign tasks to team members to meet production goals.
• Coordinate with managers, supervisors, inspectors and clients during projects.
• Complete administrative tasks and ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
