Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina seeks a hands-on team member to assist in metal fabrication, cutting, grinding, and assembly. You will support field installation and operate equipment safely, including aerial work platforms, while keeping a clean, safe site and following all safety policies.

Ideal candidates have construction/industrial experience, AWP certifications, and the ability to read simple drawings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
  • AWP safety certifications such as Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid.
  • CWB SMAW all-position certification is an asset.
  • Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial work platforms.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic drawings/measurements.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labor.
  • Team-oriented with reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Assist with metal fabrication, cutting, grinding, and assembly of components.

What We Look For
  • Previous experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments
  • Valid certification or training in aerial work platforms (AWP) Safety certifications such as Fall Protection, WHMIS, or First Aid
  • CWB certified in SMAW all position an asset.
  • Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial work platforms.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic drawings/measurements
