We currently operate manufacturing facilities in: Edmonton Sherwood Park Nisku. This is a full-time position in Edmonton, Alberta.
In this role, you will apply your structural engineering expertise to support the design, analysis, validation, and fabrication of manufactured equipment, plant tooling, and structural components within the Data Center Solutions/Silent-Aire business. You will plan and conduct independent engineering work, develop practical and code-compliant solutions, and help ensure structural integrity across drawings, calculations, and manufacturing execution.
Own your work with accountability, safety, and integrity, especially when designs affect people, equipment, and production flow.
Stay close to the shop floor and the production process so solutions are practical, buildable, and aligned with customer needs.
Use clear analysis, sound judgment, and direct communication to remove obstacles quickly and keep projects moving.
Improve every day by applying technical curiosity, asking candid questions, and using problem-solving to strengthen future designs.
Work as one team with production, safety, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines to deliver reliable outcomes.
Use structural engineering software, calculation packages, and fabrication inputs to validate designs and support engineering decisions.
Balance code compliance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency to produce lean and effective structural solutions.
Maintain organized documentation and follow-through so approvals, inspections, and handoffs are accurate and timely.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $93,000 - $155,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
This position includes a competitive benefits package.
