Job summary

TYLin Buildings in Toronto is seeking a Structural Designer to join our team on a range of building projects, from concept to completion. You will perform structural design and analysis for steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and other systems, collaborating with the project team.

Responsibilities include preparing drawings and specifications, conducting site investigations, and performing field reviews during construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a focus on structures.
• Master's degree would be an asset.
• Passing of E.I.T. exam preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in the execution of commercial, institutional, or residential projects preferred.
• Familiarity with REVIT Structure preferred and with analysis software such as RISA, SAP, RAM.
• Client-focused and innovative problem solver with strong collaboration.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $36.00-$40.00 per hour for this position and local market.
