Job summary

Bank of Montreal in Toronto is seeking aStrategy & Change professional to drive the strategic planning process for a designated business group. You will analyze market trends, assess global competitors, and perform scenario planning as input to strategic planning.

The role supports executives by running strategy meetings and preparing presentations for diverse audiences across BMO, while modeling financials, building business cases and guiding initiatives with a data-driven approach.
