Job summary

Bank of Montreal in Toronto is seeking an experienced professional to lead risk policy analysis, development, approval, issuance and communication in alignment with standards. The role writes, publishes and maintains policy documentation to support regulatory and corporate requirements.

You will provide guidance on policy implementation, collaborate with stakeholders, support audits and regulatory exams, and help design change management plans and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and governance policy management.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

Responsibilities

  • Provides subject matter expertise in the analysis, development, approval process, issuance and communication of Risk policy frameworks in alignment with standards.
