Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) seeks a seasoned Strategy & Change professional to provide subject matter expertise across project design, development and execution. You will prepare executive-level reporting, lead governance activities, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with group goals.

  • Lead change management activities and ensure cross‑business coordination for project implementations.
  • Develop governance activities related to departmental operations, records management and access control.
  • Lead benchmarking activities and coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for ON.
  • Advise senior leaders on strategy, priorities and roadmap for strategic execution.
