Base pay range

CA$180,000.00/yr - CA$400,000.00/yr

Closer Entreprises and Partners for a Closer World

We are looking for a Lead Partner to lead our growth and expansion in one of our business units. You can expect to make a significant impact on healthcare staff and patients as well as quickly earn at least $16,000 per month in the first year, as a freelance contractor.

Our enterprise offers both a strong Purpose and a generous Commission and Equity Scheme, with initial earnings of a 40% commission on sales. You will have the opportunity to transition to a compensation + equity scheme and become a company leader, enabling financial security and potential early retirement.

You will work with a small, dedicated team to make a real impact on healthcare organizations, their staff, and patients.

This role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Enjoy a comprehensive training period covering recruitment, tools, methods, mindset, soft skills, and psychology.

Your first placement is expected about two months after starting, supported by:

  • Intensive training and mentoring on processes, tools, and sector knowledge.
  • Lead generation handled by marketing, providing steady client and candidate flow.
  • In-house developed technology and CRM to support service delivery.
  • Team support from management and specialists.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To improve the lives of healthcare organizations, professionals, and patients while reaching financial targets.

MAIN MISSIONS
  • Provide expert recruitment consulting and close placements to support healthcare communities.
  • Help clients with practical, innovative solutions and identify new revenue streams.
  • Become an expert in healthcare niche, encompassing recruitment, HR, law, finance, and real estate.
  • Scale up recruitment and consulting services in Canada with group support.
THE TEAM

Work with a small, dedicated team including:

  • The Founder and Advisors for strategic guidance.
  • Management team including CFO, CMO, CTO.
  • Peer partners across North America for sharing best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
