Closer Entreprises and Partners for a Closer World

We are looking for a Lead Partner to lead our growth and expansion in one of our business units. You can expect to make a significant impact on healthcare staff and patients as well as quickly earn at least $16,000 per month in the first year, as a freelance contractor.

Our enterprise offers both a strong Purpose and a generous Commission and Equity Scheme, offering you the opportunity early to earn a whopping 40% of your sales income (commission only income). You’ll also have the option to transition to a compensation + equity scheme in the future and become one of the company leaders. This should enable you to achieve financial security and retire within a few years, if desired.

You'll be working with a small, dedicated team and have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of healthcare, organizations, their staff, and the patients they serve.

The role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in Canada.

You will benefit from a crash training period at the start, covering recruitment, tools, methods, mindset, soft skills, and psychology.

Your first placement should happen about two months after starting, supported by:

  • Intensive training and mentoring by the founder on processes, tools, and sector knowledge.
  • Lead generation handled by our marketing team, providing a steady flow of client leads and candidates.
  • Our proprietary technology and CRM for service delivery.
  • Team support from management to focus on consulting and client services.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To improve healthcare organizations, professionals, and patients' lives while meeting financial targets.

MAIN MISSIONS

  • Provide expert recruitment consulting and close placements to help organizations serve their communities and improve staff lives.
  • Assist clients with strategic, practical, and innovative solutions, and identify new revenue or service lines for growth.
  • Become an expert in your healthcare niche, gaining broad and deep knowledge across related disciplines.
  • Scale up existing recruitment and consulting services in Canada with support from our group.

THE TEAM

Initially, work with a small, dedicated team including:

  • The Founder and Advisors for strategic guidance.
  • The CloserMed Americas Management Team: CFO, CMO, CTO.
  • Peer Partners across other North American business units.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to start in a small, hands-on role, working closely with clients and candidates before scaling.
  • French speaking is ideal but not required.
