Qualifications

• 6+ years relevant experience in HRIS/HR Operations with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Position Management.
• Familiarity with workforce planning and headcount budgeting.
• Disciplined approach to HR data governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of workforce plans across business units.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate position data with Finance and HR teams.
