Job summary
eStruxture Data Centers in Calgary seeks a senior VP, Construction Financial Control & Reporting to oversee the financial lifecycle of our construction investments, including capex tracking and cash-flow forecasting across multi-project portfolios.
The role partners with Leadership and Construction & Engineering to present complex trends to executives, drive capital efficiency, and manage two direct reports. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in project control or financial planning within data center/infrastructure or heavy construction.
- Experience on construction projects valued at $100M+.
- Experience with cost models correlating construction milestones with cash flows.
Responsibilities
- Capex tracking and reporting for construction projects.
- Oversee finance construction team: POs, invoices, ERP, project progress.
- Monitor and authorize change orders and contract amendments.
- Set financial guardrails on construction projects.
- Model and forecast CapEx, deposits, and baseline $/MW from data.
- Collaborate with Procurement for capital efficiency.
