Qualifications

• Experience in construction and development project accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports.
• Advise on coding of project costs and prepare reallocation entries.
• Prepare and review year-end files ensuring audit-ready documentation.
