Job summary

WestJet Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Experience to lead large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives across business, technology, operations, digital, and commercial teams. You will drive programs from concept to implementation, aligning with strategic objectives, business outcomes, and guest experience goals.

Responsibilities include establishing delivery frameworks, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levels to deliver transformational change

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale projects or programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and a PMP/Agile/Scrum/Lean certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex strategic transformation programs.
• Develop integrated project plans and roadmaps.
• Partner with business, technology, operational, and commercial teams.
• Establish governance structures and executive forums.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Develop implementation strategies balancing guest, operational, financial, and technology considerations.
• Monitor program performance, benefits realization, and outcomes.
• Support change management and organizational readiness.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and resources.
• Prepare executive-level reporting for senior leadership.
