Job summary

Aplin is partnering with a respected public sector organization in Regina to recruit an experienced Manager, Total Rewards. This senior role reports to the Executive Director, HR and leads compensation, benefits, and HR policy initiatives to support organizational priorities and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• CPHR designation and payroll oversight experience are considered strong assets.
• Strong background in compensation, payroll governance, HR policy, labour relations, and HRIS management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of compensation, benefits, and employee programs.
• Provide expert HR guidance to senior leadership on policy, labor relations, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policy frameworks related to compensation and benefits.
• Create costing models, financial analyses, and business cases for HR initiatives and bargaining.
• Oversee large-scale workforce data reporting and executive briefing materials.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration within the HR department.
• Oversee payroll operations and HRIS governance, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
