Job summary

Vancouver Airport Authority is seeking a permanent, full-time Manager, Compensation & Benefits to lead the Total Rewards function within the People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director, People Operations, you will oversee compensation, benefits, retirement and recognition programs and manage a small advisory team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading compensation, benefits or total rewards programs.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with unionized and non-unionized workforces and collective bargaining.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compensation & Benefits team and set priorities.
• Oversee salary, incentive, and year-end processes.
• Manage benefits and retirement programs, renewals and communications.
• Partner with leaders to align rewards with business needs and financial sustainability.
• Support bargaining processes with costed analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HRIS and Legal to ensure controls and consistency.
