Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in power transmission industry.
• Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably technical in nature or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Dodge business year over year via volume growth and new opportunities.
• Visit distributor branches and customer sites regularly.
• Develop relationships within distributor channels and end-user sites in the defined territory.
• Collaborate to formulate a yearly business plan with key customer contacts.
• Conduct plant surveys to assess current installed products and potential Dodge replacements.
