Job summary

LifeLabs is seeking a Senior Consultant, Performance & Talent Programs to lead design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of performance review and talent management processes. You will advise HRBPs and leaders, guide succession planning, and govern the talent management system to enhance the employee experience with a data-driven approach.

The role focuses on partnering with leadership, driving program adoption, and aligning initiatives with Quest Diagnostics’ standards while delivering

Qualifications

Designing, implementing, and improving performance management and talent processes.
Facilitating talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and talent assessments.
Administering and optimizing talent management systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

Own design, administration, and continuous improvement of performance review processes.
Consult with leaders and HR Business Partners on performance philosophy, tools, and processes.
Lead annual and cyclical performance review cycles with planning, communication, execution, and reporting.
Monitor program effectiveness and drive enhancements for employee development.
Develop tools and communications to support leaders and employees.
Analyze data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
