Job summary

Cargojet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mississauga to manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong pipelines for the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.

You will also support immigration/work authorization processes, including documentation and LMIA/PNP-related steps, while maintaining accurate data in the ATS and delivering recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR recruitment.
• Experience with Canadian processes for immigration/work permits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and build pipelines.
• Coordinate immigration/work authorization documentation for candidates.
• Maintain ATS data, generate recruitment reports and metrics.
• Support career campaigns and employer branding efforts.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
