Saputo Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with sites across the Prairies and British Columbia to attract and hire talent for operations, warehouse, and distribution centre roles. The advisor will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR partners to support recruitment aligned with Saputo’s priorities.

This role may be based at Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, or Port Coquitlam, and will focus on building talent pipelines and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Strong candidate experience and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with proactive communication and timely feedback.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for Operations and Warehouse & Distribution roles across BC and the Prairies.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
