Job summary

Finlink Group in Vaughan, ON is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Supply Chain Finance function. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis, partnering with Supply Chain leadership to turn insights into action.

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong FP&A, capital planning, and working capital management experience, capable of influencing decisions in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• CPA designation, MBA, or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain, distribution, logistics, inventory, or operations.
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for Supply Chain.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop models, business cases, and investment analyses for Supply Chain initiatives.
• Review expenditures, variances, and align with budget objectives.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and lead/coach team members.
