SLEEGERS Engineered Products Inc. in London, Ontario, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to own the supplier lifecycle from sourcing through contract award and governance. You will lead category strategies, supplier evaluations, and cost-improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in strategic sourcing, a related degree, and strong negotiation and analytics skills; SCMP/CPSM/CSCP are assets. Excellent opportunity for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive strategic sourcing or supplier management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field; equivalent education considered.
• SCMP, CPSM, CSCP or equivalent designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid packages, supplier evaluations and commercial recommendations.
• Qualify, onboard, segment and develop suppliers with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, capacity, lead times and payment terms.
• Manage supplier performance with scorecards and KPIs.
• Evaluate price increases using data, benchmarks and cost drivers.
• Monitor supplier risk, continuity, alternate sourcing and contract calendars.
