Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with a focus on MRO and indirect categories.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and deliver measurable sourcing results.
• Solid understanding of sourcing best practices and supplier evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage sourcing strategies for MRO and indirect category spend.
• Lead and mentor a Buyer for optimal purchasing performance.
• Conduct supplier market analysis, evaluation, and selection.
