Job summary

Fidelity Canada is hiring a Business Analyst to support the Wealth Management division within Information Services. You will define, analyze, and deliver technology and process solutions for private wealth and HNW clients, working on cross‑organizational projects and Agile stories with Wealth Management stakeholders.

Responsibilities include requirements elicitation and documentation, supporting estimation and planning, and coordinating readiness and change activities to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Completed 3-year College diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience with private wealth or high-net-worth client models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Wealth Management projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IS delivery teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Support project estimation, planning, and change readiness activities.
