Job summary

Adecco Canada is looking for a Scrum Master for a Financial Services project, offering remote/hybrid work with required office presence in Southwestern Ontario for key events. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and ensure Agile practices are followed to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, supporting product owners, and protecting the team from external interruptions while tracking metrics and progress across squads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Scrum Master or in Agile environments.
• Experience in Financial Services is a strong asset.
• CSM certification required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum, Kanban, and Agile practices and facilitate ceremonies.
• Support Product Owners with prioritization and releases.
• Foster cross-training and shield the team from external interference.
• Navigate roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain visual management tools and track key metrics.
