Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in the related field.
• 3+ years of People Management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation skills.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments.
