Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Specialist, Production Planning for Scripted English Services in Toronto. You will support review of paperwork, tracking documents, schedules, cost reports and audits, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across scripted projects.

Under supervision you will maintain tracking systems, analyze cost reports, assist with budgets and production schedules, and help identify efficiencies for current and upcoming programs, including Scripted Comedy, Drama,

Qualifications

Post-secondary education and 2+ years of admin/coordination experience.
Familiarity with production/post schedules and cost reports is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage intake and organization of production documents, including budgets, cashflows and cost reports.
Review documents for discrepancies or deviations from CBC guidelines or expectations.
Research funding and tax credit guidelines and related industry requirements.
Coordinate confidential information across departments and external stakeholders.
Create and update internal tracking systems for content, talent and reporting metrics.
Attend meetings, provide department support and help track program milestones.
