CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Specialist, Production Planning for scripted projects. The role focuses on reviewing paperwork, tracking budgets and schedules, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders across scripted independent productions.

You will support production plans to align with CBC guidelines and business objectives, tracking reports and ensuring data accuracy. Must be able to work independently and handle confidential information with tact.

Formación

• Post-secondary education and at least two years experience performing similar administrative or coordination duties.
• Knowledge of Canadian funding and tax credit guidelines.
• Familiarity with performer and other talent/labour collective agreements (ACTRA, WGC, DGC, IATSE, NABET and AF of M).
• Ability to read and analyze cost reports, production/post schedules and production paperwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the intake and organization of production documentation including budgets, cashflows and cost reports.
• Review documents for discrepancies that deviate from CBC business model or creative expectations.
• Research funding agencies and tax credit guidelines for CBC projects.
• Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders; maintain confidential records.
• Create and maintain internal tracking systems for content and talent metrics.
