Job summary

Lorex Technology in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the entire sales team by managing SKU lists, pricing, and inventory across channels. You will assist with product launches, monitor fraud tools, and support MDF for partners while tracking revenue and expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Business, IT or related field preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, data management, and consumer electronics industry preferred.
• Experience in supply chain and finance is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage SKU list with MSRP and promotion prices for all sales channels.
• Optimize product listings with content, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
• Coordinate activation/deactivation of models on Lorex web stores based on inventory and sale plan.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product management and marketing to ensure GTM launches and EOL transitions.
• Create and manage BOM in SAP.
• Track SKU-level inventory and plan future POs and consumption with Demand Planning.
