The North West Company is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to support inventory management, ordering, and obsolescence control across Canadian warehouses. You will collaborate with Distribution, Transportation, Retail Operations and Merchandising to optimize purchasing and movement of food and general merchandise.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on buying or replenishment experience in high-volume retail.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, replenishment planning, safety stock and obsolescence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and replenishment with Category Management, Demand Planning and Distribution teams.
• Manage vendor buying, monitor open purchase orders and follow up on delays.
• Make purchasing decisions based on forecast, lead times, promo activity and turnover.
• Monitor vendor service levels, resolve replenishment issues and stockouts.
• Balance inventory with margin, freight costs and obsolescence.
