The role involves producing regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, coordinating budgets, tracking performance, and shaping communications for the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for service/custmer complaint escalations and ensures customer satisfaction.
