Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Manager to join the COO Group in a newly created Reporting and Analysis role. You will develop comprehensive management reports and interactive dashboards to support decision-making across the organization.

Lead data extraction, ETL, and visualization initiatives, collaborating with business units and IT to deliver actionable insights and improve data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain management reports and interactive dashboards to support COO Group initiatives.
• Lead data collection strategies, governance, and automated reporting processes.
• Execute complex ETL from multiple source systems ensuring data integrity across platforms.
• Create data visualizations and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units and IT to translate requirements into technical specifications.
