Job summary

Kal Tire in Lethbridge, Alberta, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales across the region. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver Kal Tire products and services, onboard new clients, and expand the portfolio while monitoring market opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or sales, strong communication and CRM skills, willingness to travel, and flexibility for occasional nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Customer-first mindset with proven ability to deliver results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (D365 experience is an asset).
• Willingness to travel within the region and work some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on regional customers to maintain and grow their sales portfolio for the region.
• Develop and nurture a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts, key stakeholders, executive decision makers and influencers.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Responsible for working with internal teams to onboard and integrate customers.
• Proactively remain connected to customers and the ever-changing market to identify new opportunities and ensure all viable customers are engaged on a regular basis.
• Works both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within the identified geographic region, the role will expand customer share of spend through program implementation and expand customer contacts to maintain customer relations long term.
• Utilizes Kal Tire programs and offerings to expand new sales opportunities.
• Collaborates with the RSM and the Regional Director (RD) to align market and account strategies with applicable business objectives for their portfolio and region.
• Works collaboratively with various internal stakeholders (Store Division, other sales channels, Sales Operations, etc.) to ensure timely achievement of objectives and targets.
• Utilizes performance tracking, various reports, presentations, and other sales tools as required to differentiate the value of Kal Tire as a sales and service provider.
• Prospects for new business to achieve sales growth.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to store management with the region to support sales strategies.
