Job summary

Purity Life Health Products LP is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead and coach a team responsible for driving fill rate performance, inventory budgets, and vendor execution across a diverse brand portfolio. Reporting to the SVP, you will manage six buyers across four warehouses.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in purchasing, strong forecasting and vendor negotiation experience, and proficiency in Excel/Office 365. This in-office role is based in Acton, Ontario, with some travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience in demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Vendor negotiation experience.
• Strong Excel/Office 365 analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day purchasing team performance and coaching.
• Drive fill rate, inventory budgets, and vendor execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care.
• Monitor vendor inventory and ensure timely orders.
• Travel for Purity Life trade shows and offsite meetings as needed.
