Job summary

• Manage large, complex proposals with minimal oversight and direction.
• Coordinate cost, scheduling and performance elements from functional departments.
• Prepare and issue high‑quality bids and proposals on time.
• Lead Proposal Kickoff meetings and drive the pursuit strategy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assemble narrative responses.
