Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Waterdown, Ontario is seeking a Sr Associate-Financial Analyst for Bids & Proposals. You will develop financial models, analyze pricing and cash flow, and support bid reviews to drive optimal proposal outcomes.

The role reports to the Manager, Pricing & Programs Finance within the WESCAM Division and involves cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to update the pricebook and ensure compliance with PSPC and government requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven MS Excel skills with advanced formulas and charting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains financial models, templates, and analyses for bids and proposals.
• Supports price evaluation, cost vs. price analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Assists with price justification and related documentation for proposals.
• Maintains WESCAM Pricebook accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborates with Bids & Proposals, PM, Eng, SCM, Contracts and others.
