Job summary

South Bow is seeking an experienced Project Controller to join the Project Services team supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects. This role provides project controls, cost management, forecasting, and governance oversight across a portfolio of capital and expense initiatives.

You will partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, improve forecast accuracy, and support decision-making through robust analysis, dashboards, and streamlined

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
4+ years of progressively responsible experience in project controls, cost control, or project accounting.
Experience supporting portfolios of capital and expense projects.
Advanced knowledge of forecasting, cost management, accrual accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide cost control and financial management for O&M capital and expense projects.
Develop and improve project forecasts, accruals, cash flow projections, and metrics.
Monitor performance and analyze variances with project managers.
Support month-end, quarter-end close and financial reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with controls and governance processes.
