Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Accountant in the construction industry.
• Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SUMIFS/INDEX(Match)).
• Strong verbal and written command of English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Construction Manager on project budgeting.
• Execute full-cycle month-end close process for multiple projects.
• Prepare cash reconciliation between draw funds received and funds to be sent to vendors.
