Job summary

TC Energy in Calgary is seeking a Functional Lead for Portfolio Enablement - Canada to oversee reporting, forecasting, governance, and stakeholder engagement across Canada Gas Capital and Expense portfolios.

You will consolidate portfolio insights into an integrated view, develop executive-level reporting and recommendations, and serve as a primary contact for communicating risks, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience within TC Energy.
• Demonstrated leadership ability across teams and initiatives.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and driving continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to build relationships across cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide functional guidance to Portfolio Analysts, ensuring consistency in reporting, analysis, forecasting, governance, and portfolio management practices.
• Consolidate portfolio information across programs to develop an integrated view supporting leadership decisions.
• Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations communicating portfolio performance, risks, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers relative to forecasts and objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Safety & Technical Services, Projects, FP&A, Operations, and Business Unit teams for alignment.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain governance frameworks and tools across programs and portfolios.
• Support annual budget development, forecasting, and long-range planning for Canada Gas Capital and Expenses.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reporting enhancements to strengthen portfolio visibility and efficiency.
• Act as central coordination point for portfolio reporting and insights, ensuring a holistic view for leadership.
