Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Senior Consultant, POP Procurement to lead the full procurement lifecycle for POP signage and in-store marketing materials across the organization. You will partner with In-Store Marketing, Merchandising and external suppliers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies, drive negotiations, and manage governance to deliver best value.

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement cycles and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and contract compliance.
• Retail, marketing procurement, signage, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle procurement from business requirement intake through supplier selection and governance.
• Develop sourcing strategies with cross-functional partners to balance cost, quality, service, risk and speed to market.
• Negotiate terms and contracts; drive cost savings and supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
