Job summary

Scarab Digital is seeking a planning and coordination professional to align playback, graphics, and on-set tech with production teams. You’ll translate needs into equipment, staffing, and timelines, managing budgets and schedules while bridging creative, production, and technical conversations.

Ideal candidates have several years in film/TV production, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience supporting film, television, broadcast, live events, or other technically complex productions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments simultaneously.
• Experience preparing budgets, labour plans, schedules, or equipment plans.
• Confidence working with both production personnel and technical crews.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate playback, graphics, equipment, and crew across productions.
• Translate production needs into practical equipment, staffing, and schedules.
• Build and maintain budgets, labour plans, equipment lists, and timelines.
• Attend production meetings and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ensure information flows clearly between production and Scarab teams.
• Identify risks and help develop practical solutions before filming begins.
