Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or related field.
• Ten years of strategy formulation and corporate governance experience.
• Six years of progressively challenging leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of SGI’s long-term strategic plans and annual strategic plans, including documentation and stakeholder consultations.
• Organize and facilitate strategic planning meetings with senior leaders and draft strategy documents.
• Lead corporate support for divisional functional strategies and define standard tools/templates to support requests.
