Cosmetica is seeking a Sourcing Specialist, Packaging to drive the procurement strategy for packaging. The role involves managing vendors, executing sourcing plans, and delivering cost savings while ensuring quality and supply continuity.

You will collaborate with Packaging Development, R&I, Product Development, and Sales to align procurement with business goals, employing data analytics and ERP tools to optimize the supply chain in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or relevant work experience.
• Strong data analytics and strategic sourcing knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement policies, procedures and strategies for packaging sourcing.
• Lead complex sourcing projects with significant impact on operations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost savings and quality.
• Perform spend analytics, identify savings opportunities, and drive process improvements.
