Job summary

CpK Interior Products Inc. is hiring a Materials Planner to support our Logistics team on-site. The role focuses on ensuring timely material supply within just-in-time principles, minimizing waste and over-ordering while maintaining production schedules.

Responsibilities include forecasting, cycle counts, supplier performance management, and ERP data integrity. The position requires an undergraduate degree in related fields and willingness to work afternoons, overtime, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree/diploma in business, materials or operations management is desirable.
• Experience in materials planning ideally in automotive or manufacturing.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and overtime.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies.
• Experience with supplier relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan material availability to prevent stock-outs.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts as scheduled.
• Manage supplier performance to meet inventory targets and production needs.
• Utilize ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in material planning.
