Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Director, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience to shape the employee journey and align talent, culture, and HR initiatives across the organization. You will partner with executives to drive strategic change and build a high-performing team.

You will lead initiatives that tie programs to business results, advance AI@iA ambitions, and foster inclusion while operating in a hybrid workplace across Canada.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in talent management, organizational development or transformational leadership.
• Minimum 6 years of people management experience.
• Advanced English proficiency; ability to engage with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead talent strategy including leadership development, performance, equity, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning.
• Guide cultural transformation toward a learning organization and collaboration.
• Advise executives and HR business partners on strategic people initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Talent and Culture team and strengthen expertise.
• Ensure programs align with organizational priorities and show measurable business impact.
• Evolve talent strategy to support AI@iA ambitions and future capabilities.
• Represent Talent and Culture in strategic forums and networks.
