Job summary

Lépine Talent inc. in Montreal seeks a lawyer to support its growing labour and employment practice. You will advise management-side clients, argue before tribunals, and help develop the firm’s market presence with high-profile matters.

You will work closely with the founding partner, draft employment agreements and policies, and provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues in construction and workplace safety. Fluency in French is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Québec and in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience in labour or employment law or related fields.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent management-side clients in labour and employment law and related matters.
• Manage files involving grievances, arbitration, and disputes.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements and policies.
• Provide regulatory guidance to entrepreneurs and project owners in the construction industry.
• Represent clients before tribunals and contribute to business development.
